Terms and Conditions
You must provide the materials or request these at the time of booking. The handyperson will arrive with the tools required for the task.
If the service takes longer than the period of time booked, you will be charged for any additional time (per hour).
This pricing is based on one handyperson. If a job requires more than one person (such as clearing out gutters using ladders), please contact us.
The handyperson reserves the right to decline a job if:
- The service requested at the property is different to the one that is specified during booking.
- The required materials are not provided or requested at the time of booking.
- The handyperson’s health and safety could be put at risk.
- There is no answer at the property and the handyperson is unable to reach the customer by phone.
In any of the above situations, a refund or partial refund is solely at the discretion of the service manager.
Payment is made at the time of booking by credit or debit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta and Maestro debit cards. We do not accept American Express. Payment for additional time or materials will be taken with a chip and pin machine when the handyperson attends the job.
Cancellations must be requested by customers 5 working days before the scheduled collection date in order to receive a refund. Customers must contact us in order to cancel. Cancellations within 5 working days will not be refunded.
