Stress at Work is defined by the Health and Safety Executive as The adverse reaction people have to excessive pressure or other types of demand placed on them. Dealing with stress at work can be difficult and confusing as very often the individual affected has limited control or means to relieve stress. This course provides details on what you need to know to prevent stress at work and avoid the damaging economic and human costs.
This course is designed to provide candidates with the correct information on understanding stress in the workplace and the ways in which it can be tackled. Candidates will receive a Harrow Council certificate in Stress Awareness
